Welcome to IROHA! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IROHA community, website, and related services.1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or making a payment for IROHA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.2. Description of Service
IROHA is an online educational community designed to help learners improve their Japanese language skills. The Service includes, but is not limited to:Access to a private online community platform.Unlimited access to a library of 50+ video lessons.Live online sessions (e.g., via Zoom) and interactive output practice.3. Payment and Subscription Terms
Subscription & Auto-Renewal: Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription. If you sign up using a promotional code for the first month, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate of $80 per month starting from the second month, unless canceled.Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you will retain access to the community until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month.No Refunds:
Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to the community, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.4. User Conduct and Community Rules
IROHA is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all learners. By joining, you agree to the following rules:No Harassment: Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or aggressive behavior toward the instructor or other members is strictly prohibited.No Spam or Solicitation: You may not use the community to send spam, advertise, or promote other services and products.Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you violate any of these community rules.5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided within IROHA, including video lessons, text materials, worksheets, and audio recordings, is the exclusive property of IROHA and its creator. You may not copy, download, screen-record, share, or redistribute any of the materials without prior written consent.6. Disclaimer of Warranties
While IROHA is designed to significantly support and improve your Japanese language skills, we do not legally guarantee specific outcomes. Your success depends on your individual effort. We make no guarantees regarding the passing of specific language exams (such as the JLPT) or achieving complete fluency.7. Limitation of Liability
IROHA relies on third-party platforms (such as Mighty Networks, Zoom, and Stripe) to deliver the Service. We are not liable for any service interruptions, technical issues, or data losses caused by platform downtimes, internet connection failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
